Terms and Conditions of Sale for Indie Recordings Shop

General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services through Indie’s website https://shop.indierecordings.no. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

The person placing the order and acting as the consumer in this agreement.

Prices

All prices are stated in EUR. The total price of the order is displayed in the shopping cart before payment, including all fees, charges, shipping, and any applicable discounts.

Order and Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure it matches your order. Contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods: Vipps, Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be charged once the item has been shipped from our warehouse. If payment is not approved, we may cancel the order.

Delivery

We deliver goods worldwide and is shipped from Sweden. Normal delivery time is 3–14 business days, depending on stock availability and destination. 

Right of Withdrawal

For Norway: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. If you wish to exercise this right, you must contact us and return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Complaints and Warranty Claims

If the item has a defect upon receipt, you have the right to file a complaint within a reasonable time, no later than 2 years. Contact us with a description of the issue, and we will handle the complaint accordingly.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and process your personal information.

Changes to the Terms

Indie Recordings Shop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and will apply to new orders.
